Direct Entry into Accountancy/Accounting
The general Direct Entry requirement listed for Accounting is two A' Level passes chosen from Economics, Accounting, Business Management, Government and Geography.
Other Direct Entry Routes
The admission requirements also show several institution-specific routes for candidates with qualifications such as ND, NCE, HND, IJMB, JUPEB and recognised professional accounting qualifications.
However, the qualification, minimum grade and other conditions can differ from one institution to another. A candidate should therefore not assume that a qualification accepted by one university will automatically be accepted by another.
UTME Requirements May Still Apply
Some institutions require Direct Entry applicants to also satisfy the relevant UTME requirements. Candidates should therefore check both the Direct Entry qualification and the other admission conditions of their chosen institution.
