Direct Entry Requirements for Industrial Relations and Personnel Management
The general Direct Entry requirement for Industrial Relations and Personnel Management is two (2) 'A' Level passes chosen from Economics, Accounting, Business Management, Government, Geography and Statistics.

Institution-Specific Direct Entry Conditions
Some universities have additional Direct Entry conditions. Bowen University requires at least two A' Level passes to include Economics/Commerce, Government, Geography, Mathematics, History or Civic Education.
The University of Ilorin accepts ND in Management Studies at upper credit, ND in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management or Human Resource Management at upper credit from any recognised institution, in addition to meeting the UTME requirements.
The University of Lagos accepts very good passes in three JUPEB/A' Level subjects: Economics and any other two subjects from Financial Accounting, Business Studies, Government and Geography.
Osun State University (UNIOSUN) requires two A' Level passes in Economics and any one of Government, History, Geography, Accounting, Mathematics or a Natural or Social Science subject. It also accepts ND lower credit in Business Administration, Accounting, Banking and Finance or Statistics.
Mountain Top University, in addition to the O'Level requirements, accepts an Ordinary National Diploma from a recognised tertiary institution with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division in relevant programmes, or GCE Advanced Level or Foundation/JUPEB obtained from Mountain Top University or other recognised universities.
