English and Literary Studies at University of Abuja (ABUJA): Art/Humanities Admission Requirements
Contents
University of Abuja (ABUJA) is one of the institutions listed for English and Literary Studies under the Art/Humanities course entry. Candidates applying to the university should use the exact English and Literary Studies entry when checking their eligibility.
What You Need at O'Level
The general English and Literary Studies entry requires five SSCE credit passes including English Language and Literature in English.
UTME Subjects
The general UTME combination is Literature in English, one other Arts subject and another Arts or Social Science subject.
University of Abuja Direct Entry Condition
The brochure gives University of Abuja a specific Direct Entry provision. Candidates may present two A' Level passes including Literature in English and one other Arts subject.
This condition should be read as the institution-specific consideration attached to University of Abuja rather than as a replacement for the general course entry for every university.
Choosing the Correct Course Entry
English and Literary Studies should not be confused with English Language, English Studies or English and International Studies. These are separate programmes in the Art/Humanities listing, and candidates should select the exact programme they intend to study.
Before Registration
Applicants should compare their SSCE subjects and Direct Entry qualification with the University of Abuja entry before proceeding with registration.
