What It Takes to Study Law at TAU
Prospective Law students at TAU need to satisfy the academic conditions for admission before proceeding with their application. Both UTME and Direct Entry candidates are expected to present the appropriate qualifications.
JAMB UTME Subject Combination
The required subjects are:
- Use of English
- Any three (3) Arts or Social Science subjects
O’Level Requirements
Candidates should have five O’Level credit passes, including English Language, Literature in English and Mathematics, together with the other required subjects.
Direct Entry Requirements
Direct Entry applicants should possess an acceptable Advanced Level qualification or an equivalent recognized qualification for admission into Law and meet the relevant O’Level requirements.
