Universities Offering Mass Communication in Nigeria
Contents
Where Can You Study Mass Communication?
The current admission brochure lists the following institutions under Mass Communication:
- AAUA — Adekunle Ajasin University
- CARITAS — Caritas University
- CRUTECH — Cross River University of Technology
- ESUTECH — Enugu State University of Science and Technology
- MADONNA — Madonna University
- NASARAWA — Nasarawa State University
- WELLSPRING — Wellspring University
- WESTERN-DEL — Western Delta University
Do All Eight Institutions Have Exactly the Same Requirements?
No. The brochure gives general Mass Communication requirements but also provides additional conditions for some institutions. These include differences in O'Level subjects, UTME subjects and Direct Entry qualifications.
For example, CRUTECH has a specific UTME subject condition, while AAUA has specific O'Level and UTME provisions. CRUTECH, ESUTECH, AAUA and Wellspring also have specific Direct Entry conditions.
Check the Exact Institution
Candidates should not rely only on the general Mass Communication requirement when choosing a university. The institution-specific condition should be checked alongside the general course requirement.
