UYO Law Admission Requirements: Subjects, O’Level and Direct Entry
Applicants seeking Law at the University of Uyo (UYO) should ensure that their academic qualifications meet the requirements for the programme.
JAMB UTME Subject Combination
Candidates should select:
- Use of English
- Any three (3) Arts or Social Science subjects
O’Level Requirements
UYO accepts an O’Level pass in Mathematics for Law. Candidates should also meet the required O’Level credits in English Language, Literature in English and the other relevant subjects.
Direct Entry Requirements
Direct Entry candidates should possess an acceptable qualification recognized for admission into Law and satisfy the required O’Level and UTME conditions.
The admission information also specifies that UYO does not accept IJMB Mathematics and/or any other Science subject for the programme.
