Arabic Studies at Al-Hikmah University
Al-Hikmah University is one of the institutions where candidates can apply for Arabic Studies. The course combines Arabic language study with broader humanities learning.
UTME Requirements
Applicants using UTME should prepare the required combination of English Language, Arabic and two other relevant Arts or Social Science subjects.
O'Level Subjects
The general requirement is five SSCE credit passes. English Language and Arabic form two of the required subjects, while three other relevant subjects complete the five-credit requirement.
Direct Entry
Direct Entry candidates should present an appropriate higher qualification under the conditions applicable to their admission route. The general DE requirement provides for two A' Level passes in Arabic and another Arts subject.
Making the Right Preparation
Candidates should avoid treating the general course requirement as a substitute for checking the individual institution. The exact conditions attached to a particular school remain important when completing an application.
- Check your UTME subjects.
- Confirm your Arabic result.
- Check your other SSCE credits.
- DE candidates should verify their higher qualification.
